Send Bulk WhatsApp Cloud Templates

Send one Meta-approved WhatsApp template to multiple recipients from your application, CRM, website, or backend system using the Libwana.Net WhatsApp API.

Before sending, get your API key from User Panel → Communication → API and keep it securely on your server.

Configure and activate your WhatsApp Cloud gateway and make sure the template you want to use is approved, synced, and active on that same gateway.

The template_identifier must match the approved template name available on the selected active Cloud gateway.

Template Variables

If the approved WhatsApp template contains variables, include matching parameters for each recipient.

Different contacts can receive different variable values while using the same approved template.

Send Bulk Templates From Your Application or CRM

Your backend or CRM can dynamically build the contact array and send the approved template to multiple recipients in one request.

Where template variables are used, map the correct values to each contact before sending.

Your system should prevent duplicate events, respect recipient consent, and handle API errors appropriately.

Send Bulk Templates Using Contact Groups or CSV

You can also use Libwana.Net Contact Groups and WhatsApp Campaigns for bulk template sending.

Important Cloud Template Rules

The approved template must belong to the same active Cloud gateway specified by gateway_identifier.

If the API reports that the template does not belong to the selected gateway, check the gateway/template pairing, approval status, activation, and synchronization.

Check WhatsApp Message Status

Use the returned message ID to check the WhatsApp message status.

Include your Api-key and Accept: application/json headers when checking status.
