Libwana.net supports WhatsApp templates for both Node QR connections and WhatsApp Cloud API, making it easier to reuse WhatsApp messages for customer communication and campaigns.

Navigate to:

Templates → WhatsApp

The WhatsApp Template section provides two template types:

Node QR Templates and Cloud API Templates.

Node QR Templates

Node QR Templates can be created directly by the user from the Libwana.net dashboard.

Step 1: Create a Node QR Template

Select Node QR Templates and click + Create Template.

Enter the required details:

• Template Name
• Message Body

You can also use supported variables in your message for dynamic contact information.

Step 2: Add Optional Content

Libwana.net also provides additional options for Node QR templates.

You can add an Image URL when you want the message to include an image.

You can also configure message options such as:

• URL
• Phone
• Quick Reply

For QR-code-based WhatsApp connections, these options may be delivered as numbered text choices that recipients can reply to.

Click Create Template when your message is ready.

Cloud API Templates

Cloud API Templates work differently from Node QR Templates.

Users do not create these templates directly from this section. The available Cloud API templates are provided through the Admin-side WhatsApp Cloud API configuration and displayed to the user for use.

Select Cloud API Templates to view available templates and information such as Business Account, Language Code, Category, and Approval Status.

Approved Cloud API templates can then be selected where supported, such as when configuring WhatsApp campaign messages.

Manage Your WhatsApp Templates

The WhatsApp Template List also allows you to search templates by name, filter by date, check status, and manage available Node QR templates.

With both Node QR and Cloud API template support, Libwana.net provides a convenient way to prepare reusable WhatsApp communication for different gateway types.
